We will evaluate our intellectual property strategy on a regular basis and will file corresponding international patent applications in due course if deemed appropriate. We have secured trademark registration for the words Urbanimmersive and AVU3D in Canada and in the United States. We have also secured trademark registration for the Urbanimmersive logo in Canada and in the United States.

Content Marketing Marketplace

UI Marketing Content Marketplace is an online solution enabling real estate professionals to find, compare, book, and pay trusted visual content providers working in teams with professional writers in order to get real estate blog content. The Marketing Content Marketplace offers the same feature sets as the visual content marketplace except that all services offered include written content. We take a commission fee representing a percentage of the value of each ordered service transaction. Our Content Marketing Marketplace is also the main hub giving access to every module and tool offered in our Content Marketing Platform.

Visual Content Provider Marketplace

UI Visual Content Marketplace is an online solution enabling real estate professionals to find, compare, book, and pay trusted visual content providers in their region. With our robust calendar feature, real estate professionals can consult a provider's availability and select the date and time of appointments, thus avoiding the usual back-and-forth email chain and/or phone call for scheduling a meeting. We take a commission fee representing a percentage of the value of each ordered service transaction.

Photographer CRM

Our software solution for photographers allows photographers to manage the operations of their visual content business. The software offers a multitude of features such as: order management, appointment management, real-time availability schedule, content delivery management, customer web page for image preselection, customer preference management, freelancers and employees management, real-time check-in / check-out, management of service areas and travel expenses, quote management, online invoicing, deposit management, inventory management of services and products, management of price lists urbanimmersive marketplace services, integrated email notification system., management reports, and more.

We offer a premium solution for Visual Content Landing Pages called Tourbuzz. Our premium landing pages are highly scalable, flexible, and offer many advanced feature sets. Photographers are currently paying for premium landing pages through the use of credit paid in advance. The sites are then resold to their clients or include in package pricing.

Real Estate Content Management Solution CMS

Our Content Management System (CMS) enables our clients to manage, create, schedule, edit and post real estate blog content articles. The CMS allows instant publication of content produced and bought within our platform, thus avoiding the need to transfer content from one software solution to another. Real estate professionals are also able to synchronize the publication of their content with Facebook personal and business pages. Our CMS enables real estate professionals to easily create a news exchange network within their organization, both local and global, facilitating an easier and better content distribution across all networks. By automatically syndicating content across several newsrooms, members of the same organization benefit from each other's marketing investment thus increasing web traffic and brand awareness. The product is a software license provided at no charge as a retention tool. Revenues are generated from content ordering transactions.

We take a commission fee representing a percentage of the value of each purchase transaction.

On-Demand Written Content Services

We offer our clients one-click functions to order custom articles about a home for sale or a specific real estate project, translation, and rewriting services, thus simplifying all aspects of the content production process. Written content services are performed by both our staff and freelance writers. We are receiving a commission percentage on each written content service sold through the solution. Clients can decide to reduce the cost of on-demand written services by accepting the insertion of sponsored content from our advertisers. We take a commission fee representing a percentage of the value of each ordered content transaction.

Urbanimmersive Blog Web Site

We offer real estate professionals who have registered on our Content Management System (CMS), a public-facing blog web site in order to actively market their content to home buyers and sellers on the web. The blog web site can use a unique Urbanimmersive URL or can be mapped on a third-party web domain name. The product is a software license provided at no charge as a customer retention tool. This product is also providing us with a broader native content distribution channel on the web for our advertisers.

UI Future Buildings Contract Management

UI Contract offers home builders who have registered on our Content Management System (CMS), a Contract Management Solution in order to manage every documentation and contractual content needed to sell, market and close a transaction. The product is a software licence provided at no charge as a customer retention tool. We are not currently actively commercializing this solution.

UI Designer

UI Designer is an online interactive tool offered to homebuilders that enables them to showcase still images in every possible combination of choices, colors, materials and textures offered to consumers. UI Designer can also be linked to our UI Contract software product in order to communicate customer choices directly into contractual documentation. UI Designer is offered to home builders. The product is licensed on a monthly basis or included as a percentage of the value of the content development transaction. We are not currently actively commercializing this solution.

CMS API

CMS API, designed for tech-savvy users and real estate web site developers, enables them to embed content generated in our CMS into existing applications and websites.

1-Click Advertising

We offer a 1-click advertising buying solution for real estate agents and builders. Configuration of keywords on Google and audience on Facebook is increasingly complex. Our 1-click buying advertising solution allows real estate agents and home builders to boost their content marketing on Facebook and Google quickly and effortlessly. We take a margin on advertising platform costs on which we are boosting content.

Advertising Management

We offer advertisers an advertising management system that allows them to propose sponsored content to our customer real estate blog network. The advertising management allows, among other things, to propose the sponsored content, select the budget of the campaign, and choose the length. We take a margin on advertising platform costs on which we are boosting content. We also take a margin on general advertising costs.
